As a competitive triathlete I need to be strong to allow me to switch from swimming, to cycling and then to running effectively. I try to do Tracey Lloyds pilates class every week and over the last few months I have seen a real improvement in my core strength and flexibility. Tracey is very knowledgeable and friendly and her classes are varied, fun and challenging. She is also able to cater for all abilities at the same time by giving easy and hard options and never making anyone feel like they can’t do it. I leave her classes feeling at least an inch taller, relaxed and with a big smile on my face.
