The 10 Day Beach Bum Challenge!
This is the first one of the NicFit challenges that I’ve done and I can honestly say that I’ve loved it. I’ve been able to complete the exercises every day even when my muscles have been screaming at me. My legs are definitely stronger and more toned which is exactly what I hoped for. I ran a half marathon 2 days before the challenge started and as well as helping me with the recovery period the exercises helped to stretch out the muscles too. So, THANK YOU! I’ll be signing up for the next challenge like this.
